The processing of natural stone is at the heart of Lavagnoli’s activity. Cutting, turning, milling, polishing and a range of surface finishes are carried out using interconnected CNC machinery, Industry 4.0–compliant and in constant communication with the technical office. This setup enables precise workflow planning based on material type, improving product quality and optimising overall production efficiency.

Alongside technologically advanced production processes, Lavagnoli has always combined craft work with the expertise of a highly specialised team. The full production cycle is managed in-house at the company’s facility in Ronchis, Friuli Venezia Giulia: from fabrication and pre-assembly through to the verification stages that support final installation.

Operations span a broad range of work: flat surfaces, three-dimensional forms and curved elements, with the same level of quality control applied to every project, regardless of scale or sector.
